A small concrete block room with attached screen room was added to this home. The roof was also extended and converted from a gable roof to a hip roof.
To enlarge the master bathroom, the existing bathroom was demolished and this addition constructed. Once completed it tied right into the existing home with matching siding and an extended roof.
Somewhat of a challenging project, this addition to a manufactured home expanded two bedrooms as well as nearly doubling the size of a bathroom. The entire roof and every window of the home was also replaced while this addition was constructed
Part of the fun of this project was tying together all the different angles of this older home. This bathroom addition was built with a stem wall to match the height of the existing home and then the entire house was resided to bring it all together
This wood frame addition nearly doubled the size of the existing home and included a garage/workshop, covered entryway, and a large living room. The siding on the whole home was replaced and a new metal roof installed.
This addition to a geodesic home was an enjoyable and difficult project. The most challenging aspect of the project was tying into the home in such a way that was functional and still aesthetically pleasing. The end result of this addition is beautiful!
